How QuantX Capital handles the information you send us. Last updated 4 September 2026.
Who we are
QuantX Capital is the institutional division of QuantX, operated by Quantitative Trading Solutions LLC. This policy covers the website at quantxcapital.io. Our retail copy trading service operates separately at quantx.io.

What we collect
Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site, and nothing else. Depending on the form, that is your name, work email, institution, role, type of investor, indicative allocation size, markets of interest, strategy details, track record length, capital managed, verification status, any link you provide, and whatever you write in the message field.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry or assess your application, and to contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it, and we never sell your data.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through a form processing provider and reach our email. Beyond that, the only people who see what you send are the people at QuantX Capital who need to act on it.
Track records, position-level data and strategy details from trading managers are confidential and are never shared with an allocator without the manager’s explicit consent, as described in the FAQ on our home page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as the relationship is active, and for up to three years after the last contact so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to capital@quantx.io and we will act on it within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you believe we have handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to fetch them; that request carries your IP address, as any web request does.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
